TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by The Elite Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to residential and commercial clients. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services Provided

The Elite Group offers professional property care services, including but not limited to:

  • Lawn services
  • Landscaping services
  • Power washing
  • Property cleanup services

Services may be provided as one-time services or recurring maintenance, depending on the agreement with the client.

Estimates & Scheduling

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of evaluation.
  • Service schedules are arranged in advance and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, site accessibility, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the service area on the scheduled service date.

Weather Policy

For safety and quality reasons, services may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. If rescheduling is necessary, The Elite Group will communicate promptly and complete services as soon as conditions allow.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Remove personal items, pet waste, and obstacles from service areas prior to service.
  • Secure pets during service appointments.
  • Notify The Elite Group of underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other potential hazards.

The Elite Group is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed or hidden property features.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service agreement.
  • Payment is due as agreed upon and may be required upon completion of service.
  • Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or termination of service.

Property Damage & Liability

  • The Elite Group is fully licensed and insured.
  • While every effort is made to protect client property, The Elite Group is not responsible for damage caused by normal service operations when undisclosed hazards are present.
  • Any concerns regarding property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Service Satisfaction

The Elite Group is committed to delivering high-quality, professional service. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us promptly so we can address your concerns in a timely manner.

Service Refusal or Termination

The Elite Group reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Non-payment
  • Repeated failure to comply with these Terms
  • Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.
